  • My now 9 month old sons daddy left Arizona for Iowa two months ago. We aren't married. He say he will help pay but hasn't. What should I do?
  • I was convicted of a DUI, and have 10 months remaining on unsupervised probation. I would like to have my conviction "set aside", and if possible have my probation terminated early, because I will be applying for a nursing license in 6 months. I don't have the money for a lawyer, and am wondering if there are any ways/resources people could lead me to, to do this on my own.
  • My recently filed a bar complaint against his public defender because he will not answer his calls, visit him in jail, read his police report, obtain any evidence, listen to his side of the story, speak respectfully to him etc. He is so worried that he is not going to get a fair trial because he doesn't have adequate representation.I can not help him, he needs somebody who will listen to him before trying to force him into accepting a plea. What can he do? He is in 4th ave Jail and has been for 6 months. He is claiming self defense on assault charges.
